I met Zach last year when he became our agent for the sale of our home in Sanford and let me tell you we fell in love with him. Well, let me tell you he didn’t disappoint. This time we knew what we wanted to buy but were stuck in Hardeeville SC, so we sent out our trusty neighborhood realty guru on the mission. We trust him so much that we made an offer on the house with only a face time call with him of him walking the property we were interested in. Had it not been for his professionalism and attention to detail to the documents, we would have lost on this house as the offers were starting to come through with the new 50K drop the previous owners had made. After a harrowing 25 days because of seller delays we finally closed. I highly recommend Zachary and feel he is a valuable asset to any client.
