Buyers are gaining ground across Central Florida as inventory continues to rise -creating more choice and increasing negotiation power. As of July 2025 month, homes are averaging 58 days on market, up significantly from last summer’s fast-paced 30–40 day average.
While the median home price has edged down slightly, this shift reflects a more balanced market rather than a downturn. For sellers, this means pricing correctly and presenting the home well is more important than ever. For buyers, the increased inventory and slightly less competition open the door to more favorable terms.
